An open record the whole industry can use
Installers, manufacturers, recyclers, haulers, associations and researchers.
Texas Turf Tracker is meant to be shared infrastructure, not one company's list. We are inviting the Synthetic Turf Council, manufacturers, installers, haulers, processors and field owners to participate. If an existing industry system already covers part of this, we would rather connect to it than duplicate it.
Who we want to hear from
Manufacturers
Tell us which Texas fields carry your product and when they were installed.
Installers
Register fields you installed and report removals you perform, with weights and destinations.
Processors and recyclers
Tell us what you accept, in what form, and how your certificates can be linked to a field record so received and processed material are distinguished.
Haulers
Share load counts and destinations.
Associations and researchers
Use the data, help set the standard, help verify records.
What participation looks like
- Submit records through the forms or by spreadsheet.
- Agree to a simple shared definition of removed, received, processed and reused.
- Let your verified records be public.
Texas Turf Tracker is newly launched. No association, manufacturer or processor has formally committed to it yet. Early participants will shape the data standard.
